This is an action for a declaratory judgment. Plaintiff in 1937 wrote an insurance policy for defendant covering damages sustained by anyone suffering injuries as the result of riding any of defendant's horses, defendant being engaged in running a summer resort near Jackson. It appears from the facts admitted by both parties that one Ethel Eggleston on or about the 9th day of July, 1937, fell off a saddle horse which she had rented from defendant...
