This was a reorganization matter. The Sherland Building Corporation was a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Indiana, owning a large office building in the city of South Bend. A large number of bonds were issued on its property. They had been in default since 1932. Proceedings for reorganization were begun in 1935.
