Mascuch has made application for an order directing that he be furnished with a copy of the testimony taken at an investigation made by the Securities and Exchange Commission through its duly accredited representative, Charles T. Murphy. The testimony was rendered on April 12th, and 13th, respectively, 1939. Subsequent to its rendition and on the 14th day of June 1939, said Mascuch was indicted for perjury.
