Jones, Administratrix of the estate of Sidney Jones, against the New York Casualty Company, to recover of the defendant the sum of $5,000 alleged to be due the plaintiff by virtue of a certain insurance policy issued by the defendant upon an automobile of one Ruth Goodrick, the named assured, for the wrongful death of said Sidney Jones occasioned by the negligent operation of said automobile.
