This suit was instituted by certain individual holders of special improvement bonds, in the name of the Town of Fairfax, Oklahoma, a municipal corporation, ex rel. Brandon Barringer, H. N. Perkins, and William W. Allen, Jr., to foreclose bonds in paving district No. 1 in the Town of Fairfax, pursuant to statutory authority therefor. Some one hundred forty persons are joined as defendants in the fifty-eight separate causes of action...
