In the original complaint plaintiff alleged that on May 16, 1934, the defendant shipped over the lines of plaintiff and its connecting carriers from Norman, in Charleston County, South Carolina, certain cabbages to Zimmerman Bros. in Baltimore, Maryland. That the cabbages arrived...
