This is an action instituted to recover on a policy of life insurance. The defense of the company is that the insured made false answers to questions contained in his application and failed to disclose a diseased condition for which he had been treated. Plaintiff contended that the insured had answered the questions truthfully and had made full disclosure in the light of his knowledge at the time of the application.
