These six admiralty suits all relate to the stranding of the steamer Marianne; they were consolidated and tried together and accordingly may be disposed of in one opinion. In Docket Nos. 10 and 18 the cargo interests are seeking to recover for the physical damage to cargo caused by contact with sea water which entered the vessel. In Docket Nos. 11, 17 and 228 the cargo interests are seeking to recover the payments which they made to satisfy...
