These are two appeals (one allowed by this court and one by the District Court) from an order denying intervention in the reorganization proceeding of St. Louis-San Francisco Railway Company, debtor.

The debtor is a large railroad system including, as a part thereof, about 252 miles of main line and about 60 miles of branch lines formerly owned by the Kansas City, Memphis & Birmingham Railroad Company. After having leased this mileage...
