The appellants, husband and wife, upon April 7, 1937, filed a petition in the District Court of the United States for the district of New Jersey, pursuant to the provisions of section 75 of the National Bankruptcy Act, as amended, 11 U.S.C.A. § 203, alleging themselves to be farmers, personally engaged in producing products of the soil, and insolvent, unable to meet their maturing debts.
