This is a suit for the infringement of two patents, Reissue No. 14,974 to Grant, and patent No. 1,658,052 to Kline. It is agreed that the plaintiff is and since March 16, 1931, has been the sole and exclusive owner of both patents and of all rights thereunder. The defenses are anticipation, noninvention, noninfringement, and laches. The plaintiff is a New York corporation, having its principal place of business at Long Island City, N. Y....
