Ruth B. Judson (appellee) in 1927 purchased from Park Savings Bank six $1,000 negotiable real estate notes of Harry and Dora Berman. Simultaneously she placed them with the bank for safe-keeping and collection of interest, and they were put in a safe deposit jacket properly marked in her name to be thereafter held by the bank as her property.
