Appellant, Republic Underwriters, was organized in 1927 as an interinsurance or reciprocal association under the provisions of Chap. 20, Title 78, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, 1925, Articles 5024 to 5033. governing the kind of insurance it was organized to do.1
