The question involved in this case is whether an insurance policy issued by the appellant to one Lauren Goodman was in effect on the 26th day of April, 1935, when he struck and injured appellee in Omaha, Neb. It is claimed by the insurance company that the policy lapsed on April 20, 1935, six days prior to the accident.
