The appellee, Gertrude N. Anderson, beneficiary, brought this action on an accident insurance policy issued by appellant to and on her husband, Arthur E. Anderson, deceased.

On September 25, 1920, appellant, for a valuable consideration, executed and delivered to appellee's husband said policy, by which he was insured in the principal sum of $7,500, against bodily injury sustained during the term of the policy through accidental means...
