Williamson, was twenty-two years of age; that about 9 o'clock p. m. he was walking from Main street to Holloway street along the right of way of the defendant; that he was on a trestle maintained by the defendant over and above Taylor street; that at this point the railroad tracks form a V; and that while he was walking along this trestle and approached the opening...
