This is a proceeding to enjoin and set aside an order of the Interstate Commerce Commission. The petition sought an interlocutory injunction. A hearing was had pursuant to Section 47, Title 28, United States Code, 28 U.S.C.A. § 47, which by agreement of the parties is to be considered as the final hearing of the cause.
