The original bond dated February 21, 1922, was conditioned to save the Port harmless from any and all loss which it might sustain by reason of (1) failure of the employee to faithfully perform the duties required of him by the Commissioners; (2) failure of the employee to account for all funds which might come into his possession belonging to the Port; and (3) a fraudulent or unlawful deed committed by the employee.
