Plaintiffs, on April 14, 1935, as stockholders of the Asbestos Company, brought this suit against the company and its directors, charging the latter with mismanagement and conspiracy to defraud the company and its stockholders and requesting an accounting. Defendants denied the charges and upon trial the court entered its findings of fact and conclusions of law, dismissing the bill for want of equity...
