This is an action in equity against the executor and trustee of the estate of John R. House and certain legatees who were the descendants entitled to distribution had there been no will, to have charged against the estate of House attorney fees for successfully resisting a contest of the will and for equitable remedy for enforcement. From a decree allowing recovery this appeal is brought. A cross-appeal was brought from that part of the decree...
