This is an appeal from an interlocutory decree holding that two patents belonging to the plaintiff were valid and infringed by defendant. The patents relate to fuse link structures for insertion in electrical circuits to protect electrical apparatus from injury from excessive current which might otherwise exist due to "over loading" or accidental "short circuiting."
