This is a suit in equity brought by the plaintiff, Badger Dome Oil Company, a corporation, against Oscar Hallam, Trustee, to obtain a decree adjudging that the plaintiff is the owner of the mineral rights of a tract of land situated in Park County, Wyoming; to require the defendant to account for the profits derived from leasing such mineral rights; and to enjoin defendant from further interfering with plaintiff's alleged rights.
