This is an action by the plaintiff as trustee in bankruptcy to set aside transfers of real and personal property made by the bankrupt to his wife, the defendant herein, upon the ground that they are a fraud upon creditors. The bankrupt commenced an action against the Agate Ice Cream Company on September 23, 1932, to recover damages sustained in an automobile accident which occurred on August 20, 1932...
