The appellant seeks reversal of an order entered in reorganization proceedings of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company, debtor, under section 77 of the National Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 205.

The order assailed confirmed a report of the special master recommending that the claim of H. C. Siratt, appellee, in the sum of $22,500 be given priority as an operating expense over pre-existing mortgage liens upon all the properties...
