On July 8, 1935, appellant, Corpus Christi Hardware Company, recovered a judgment against Geo. A. Covacevich in the District Court of Nueces County, Texas. The judgment was for $17,633.71 and foreclosed a mortgage on certain realty located in Cameron County, Texas.
