Mrs. Minnie B. Bennett brought this action against the Missouri Pacific Transportation Company to recover damages for personal injuries sustained while she was riding as a passenger on the defendant's bus from Shubert, Neb., to Omaha, Neb. From a verdict and judgment in her favor, the transportation company appeals.

It appears that the bus was proceeding north on the paved highway at about 7:45 o'clock on the morning of January 7...
