This is a bill in equity to review and suspend a supplemental compensation order awarding additional death benefits, made August 4, 1937, by defendant, Deputy Commissioner of the Third Compensation District, under the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, 33 U.S.C.A. § 901 et seq.
