This appeal arises from a decree in the admiralty, dismissing two claims filed in a proceeding to limit a shipowner's liability; one, that of the widow of Andrew Gunnarson, to recover for his death from an explosion on July 16, 1936, on board the yacht, "Nimbus," of which he was master; the other, that of Andrew Gunnarson's son, Arthur, who suffered injuries at the same time.
