This case is now before the court on plaintiff's motion for damages. A review of its history discloses that the case was begun on November 15, 1934, as a suit to restrain defendants from interfering with and preventing by force, violence, threats, and intimidation the operation of plaintiff's mine known as the Red Ray, or Freeburg, mine and for other relief.
