This is a motion by the defendant to suppress and return certain evidence alleged to have been illegally obtained.

The testimony shows that two agents of the Federal Alcohol Tax Unit had received information that certain premises located in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., were being used as a distribution point for tax unpaid liquors.
