This suit is brought by the plaintiff to restrain the alleged infringement of U. S. Letters Patent No. 1,533,351, granted to the plaintiff, as assignee of Homer A. Genest, on April 14, 1925, for a "Process of Shrinking, etc. Felt Articles." Title to the patent in suit in plaintiff is admitted.

Originally, Arthur H. Boesch, who is an officer of the two defendant corporations, was named as a defendant, but at trial the suit as to him...
