Plaintiffs are the successors in interest of Henderson Company,1 a corporation, and F. C. Henderson, Inc.2 As such successors they own and operate a gasoline manufacturing plant in the town of Sanford, Texas, in the West Panhandle field. Plaintiffs in addition are the owners and holders of a number of casinghead gasoline contracts, under the terms of which they have agreed to purchase...
