This is an appeal by plaintiff from an adverse judgment in an action on a health and accident insurance policy. The policy was issued February 22, 1932 and insured the plaintiff, a physician specializing in eye, ear, nose and throat work, against loss of life, limb, sight or time resulting from bodily injuries sustained through purely accidental means.
