Appellants have appealed to this court from the decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office affirming that of the examiner which rejected claims 1 to 16, inclusive, 23 to 27, inclusive, and 29 to 46, inclusive. Claims 17 to 22, inclusive, and 28 were previously cancelled.
