This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. The appellee, receiver of the First National Bank of Wilkinsburg, brought suit to recover alleged preferential payments made by the bank to the appellant while the bank was insolvent or in contemplation of insolvency.
