This is an appeal from a judgment of the federal District Court for Rhode Island in favor of the defendant. The action is a suit at law by the executors of the estate of George M. Parks against the Collector of Internal Revenue to recover the sum of $14,499.49, the amount of a deficiency tax assessed against the estate for the year 1934.
