The prayer of this bill in equity is for an injunction, restraining the defendant revenue agents from making any examination of the records and papers of the plaintiffs, and restraining the defendant brokers from permitting the agents to make any examination of their accounts with the plaintiffs. The case is before the Court for disposition on final hearing. My conclusion is that the bill must be dismissed, and I shall state the facts...
