PHILLIPS, Circuit Judge.

A Mack gasoline truck owned by Skelly Company and a Pontiac coupe owned by Chambers collided on the public highway in Greenwood County, Kansas. The truck was being driven by Skelly Company's employee and the coupe by Chambers. Both the truck and coupe were damaged and Chambers sustained personal injuries. Skelly Company brought an action against Chambers in the District Court of Sedgwick County, Kansas, to recover the sum of $2,500.00 damages...
