This appeal involves appellant's bill for an injunction and an accounting. At the close of the evidence the court dismissed the bill for want of equity. Appellee offered no evidence, and the issue is whether, as a matter of law, upon the bill and the evidence in support of it, a decree should have been entered for appellant.
