Appellee filed its bill in equity in which it sought to set aside an award of appraisers determining the value of certain land covered by a lease between the parties. It asked the court to fix the value of the land for the purpose of determining the rental and its manner of payment by appellee for the balance of the term, and that appellant be enjoined from terminating the lease during the proceeding.
