This is an appeal by the Silver Line, Limited, a British corporation, describing itself as both "owner and operator" of the British motorship Silver Palm, from a decree denying its petition for exoneration from and limitation of liability for damages following a collision between the Silver Palm and the United States cruiser Chicago.
