This is an action of trespass to recover damages for injuries resulting from an automobile collision. The case was tried before the court and a jury and a verdict was rendered for the defendant. The plaintiff now moves for a new trial, relying at the argument upon the reason that the verdict was against the weight of the evidence, and that the verdict was not the unanimous verdict of the jury, but was a compromise verdict forced by the illness...
