The appellant, Cudahy Packing Company, owns and operates a meat packing plant at South Omaha, Neb., in which cattle, hogs, and sheep are slaughtered and prepared for consumption. McBride, the appellee, is a veterinarian in the employment of the Bureau of Animal Industry of the United States Department of Agriculture.
