This case has its birth in a trust executed in 1920 by R. R. Robertson, and filed in Wichita county on August 27, 1920. He resigned as trustee on January 2, 1923. G. W. Peckham was appointed by the district judge of the Thirtieth judicial district of Texas and continued until his death on the 7th, of November 1929. E. E. Scannell succeeded Peckham on November 12, 1929, receiving his appointment in the same manner. Scannell had been connected...
