This is a motion to dismiss a complaint for failure to state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action. The action is brought by the holders of 787 shares of the capital stock of the Fort Greene National Bank against the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation which was appointed statutory receiver of said bank by the Comptroller of the Currency on August 14, 1937, pursuant to the provisions of the National Banking Act. 12 U.S.C.A....
