Fifteen men, residents of California and New York, were indicted on charges of using the mails to defraud, of violating the Federal Securities Act of 1933 (section 17 (a) (2), 15 U.S.C.A. § 77q (a) (2), and of conspiring to commit the two foregoing types of crime.
