On June 22, 1937, this court entered an order granting leave to petitioner to file its petition for writ of mandamus against respondents and ordering them to show cause on or before August 15, 1937, why such writ should not issue as prayed for. Each of respondents has filed written motions to strike the petition. Both petitioner and respondents have likewise filed briefs and arguments going to the merits of the controversy in the District Court...
