Appellant instituted this action to vacate an order of the Texas Industrial Accident Board awarding appellee compensation for the death of her husband, M. N. Addison. By cross-action appellee, Mrs. Addison, also sought to vacate the Board's award, which though favorable to her was apparently unsatisfactory to her in amount.
