Houston, as liquidating agent of the Consolidated National Bank of Tucson, Ariz., a national banking association in process of voluntary liquidation, seeks to avoid the obligation of a 99-year lease of lot 1, block 209, of the city of Tucson assigned to said bank by the Arizona National Bank of Tucson soon after the former bank took over the assets and assumed the liabilities of the latter bank.
