The Prudence Company, Inc., and Amalgamated Properties, Inc., are both in bankruptcy, being administered by trustees as authorized by section 77B of the Bankruptcy Act (11 U.S.C.A. § 207). The order appealed from, entered in the consolidated reorganization proceedings, denied a petition of the appellant asking a vacation of injunctions in so far as they restrained it from exercising its rights over collateral pledged by Prudence Company...
